As a qualified veterinary nurse since 2000, & veterinary physiotherapist since 2004, Lorna Macnee has extensive veterinary experience in gait analysis, physical exams, diagnostics, as well as surgery, medical & physiotherapy cases.
It is a legal requirement in UK, under the Veterinary Surgeon's Act, that Physiotherapy is carried out under the discretion of a veterinary surgeon following patient diagnosis. This is upheld by the professional association NAVP (National Association of Veterinary Physiotherapists).
