VETERINARY INSURANCE

Treatments undertaken by NAVP Veterinary Physiotherapists are fully recognised by the feline, canine & equine insurance companies. Claims are dependant on the individual's policy type. Be aware of any relevant exclusions documented on your insurance policy. It is strongly advised to check with the insurance company for any limitations of treatment.
It is the owner's responsibility to claim back from the veterinary insurance company. Lorna can assist by signing the authorisation. A veterinary signed referral form will be attached to the claims form.
